This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be considered for PDFLayerExtract purchases. PDFLayerExtract is operated by BEINDESIGN.

PDFLayerExtract is designed so that you can upload a PDF and inspect the detected layers before payment.
The preview helps you decide whether the file is suitable for processing before you purchase the final ZIP package.
Because of this preview-first workflow, payment is made only after the analysis step shows the available package and price.
PDFLayerExtract provides a digital processing service.
After payment is confirmed, the final ZIP package is generated and made available for download.
Because the product is delivered digitally and access is provided shortly after payment, refunds are generally limited to technical delivery or processing failures.
A refund may be considered if:
payment was confirmed but the final ZIP package was not delivered;
the download link did not work during the valid access period;
the ZIP package could not be generated due to a PDFLayerExtract processing error;
the delivered ZIP package is technically unusable because of an error in our processing system;
you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same file.
In these cases, we may first try to fix the issue by regenerating the package or providing a working download link.
A refund is usually not available if:
the preview showed the detected file structure before payment;
the PDF did not contain the kind of editable or layer data you expected;
the file was flattened, merged, damaged, unusually structured, or exported in a way that limits the result;
you expected a native Illustrator .ai reconstruction;
you expected every object to become fully editable;
you changed your mind after downloading the ZIP package;
you did not download the file within the 24-hour access period;
you uploaded the wrong file;
you no longer need the processed package.
PDFLayerExtract helps prepare an Illustrator-ready layer workflow from the available PDF structure. It does not guarantee perfect source-file reconstruction or full native editability of every object.
Paid packages are intended to remain available for approximately 24 hours after successful payment.
You are responsible for downloading and storing the ZIP package within that period.
If you miss the download window, contact us and we will review whether the package can still be regenerated or reissued. We cannot guarantee that expired files will remain available.

Payments are processed by Paddle.
Some refund processing steps, timelines, buyer communication, tax handling or payment reversal details may be managed by Paddle according to its own buyer and payment policies.

regeneration of the ZIP package;
technical support;
